RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO WILLIAMS
JANITORIAL SERVICE FOR ANNUAL JANITORIAL
SERVICE CONTRACT AT CYPRESS AND JASPER WATER
TREATMENT PLANTS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for annual janitorial services at the Cypress and Jasper Street
Water Treatment Plants, said bids to be made on a lump sum basis;
and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsive bidder is
Williams Janitorial Service who bid a lump sum price of $26,400.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum bid of Williams Janitorial Service in the
amount of $26,400 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said contract
for the annual janitorial services.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1991.
