A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF BEER IN HAMILTON PARK
ON MARCH 23, 1991 DURING THE ANNUAL EASTER SEAL RUN
WHEREAS, the North Texas Rehabilitation, Inc. wishes to host
their Eleventh Easter Seal Run on March 23, 1991 in Hamilton Park;
and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance allows temporary sale of beer,
subject to City Council approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Sale of beer is hereby authorized in Hamilton Park on March
23 , 1991 during the Annual Easter Seal Run as per section 5420(5)
of the Zoning Ordinance.
