RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH HARPER-
PERKINS ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL
CONSULTING SERVICES RELATED TO TENNIS CENTER
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requires certain
architectural services for a project related to the tennis center
reconstruction; whereas, the architectural firm of Harper-Perkins
Architects, Inc. , Wichita Falls, Texas is acceptable to the City
and is willing to enter into a contract to perform the required
architectural services; and
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed contract for
these purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed contract with Harper-Perkins Architects, Inc.
Engineer/Architect is hereby approved for the purposes stated at
a total base cost not to exceed $32, 000. 00 for the project at
Hamilton and Weeks Tennis Centers. The City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract.
