RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO CONTROL
SPECIALIST, INC. FOR NORTHSIDE WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT SLUDGE PUMP REPLACEMENT
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for the
replacement of sludge pumps at the Northside Wastewater Treatment
Plant, said bids to be submitted on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has determined the lowest responsible
bidder to be Control Specialist, Inc. of Roanoke, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for replacement of sludge pumps at the Northside
Wastewater Treatment Plant is awarded to Control Specialist, Inc.
of Roanoke, Texas in the amount of $21,536. The City Manager is
authorized to execute the contract for the stated purpose.
