AWARD OF BID TO DUKE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
THE CDBG BORTON, AMBER, REDBUD AND LEE STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Borton, Amber, Redbud and Lee
Street Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Duke Construction Company who bid unit prices equaling the sum
of $363 , 433 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Duke Construction Company in the
amount of $363,433 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th days ebruary, 1991.
