RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO W. H. PORTER, INC. FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A SHELTER IN O'REILLY.
WHEREAS, bids for a shelter in O'Reilly Park have been
advertised and opened; and,
WHEREAS, the low bid is from W. H. Porter, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A contract is hereby awarded to W. H. Porter, Inc. for
the purchase of a shelter in O'Reilly Park.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of February 1991 .
