RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SIXTH AMENDMENT TO
WATER PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH WINDTHORST WATER
SUPPLY CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Windthorst Water
Supply Corporation entered a Water Purchase Contract on August
16, 1979 whereby the City of Wichita Falls provides raw water
from its water supply system to the Corporation; and, whereas,
the parties to the contract desire to execute a sixth amendment
to such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The attached Sixth Amendment to the Water Purchase Contract
between the City of Wichita Falls and Windthorst Water Supply
Corporation is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized
to execute the amendment for the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of January, 1991.
