RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH
CANNON UNIFORMS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF POLICE UNIFORM CLOTHING
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls Police Department
purchases uniform clothing for police officers and such
purchases exceed $10, 000 annually and
WHEREAS, bid specifications for such uniforms were
formulated and sent to various vendors, and
WHEREAS, Cannon Uniforms of Garland, Texas was the
lowest responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract
with Cannon Uniforms for the purchase of police uniform
clothing.
