RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH THE NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION
TO PROVIDE OFFICIATING SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING
MARCH 1 , 1991 THROUGH FEBRUARY 28, 1992.
WHEREAS, the City Parks and Recreation Department
will offer athletic leagues and tournaments for the next
year; and,
WHEREAS, it is desirable to contract with the
North Central Texas Officials Association to provide
officials for such games; and,
WHEREAS, the Association has performed very well
at previous City games.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a
contract with the North Central Texas Officials Association
to furnish officials at City's athletic leagues and tourn-
aments beginning March 1 , 1991 through February 28, 1992.
