RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A ONE-YEAR LEASE EXTENSION
WITH ATLANTIC SOUTHEAST AIRLINES AND METRO
FLIGHT, INC. ; FINDING AND DETERMINING THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION IS PASSED IS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The City Manager be and is hereby authorized to
execute a one-year lease extension with Atlantic Southeast
Airlines and with Metro Flight, Inc. , in accordance with the
lease extension agreement attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution for all purposes.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined
that the meeting at which this resolution is passed is open to
the public as required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of January, 1991.

FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AIRLINES LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH ATLANTIC SOUTHEAST AIRLINES
This agreement made and entered into this the 15th day of January, 1991,
by and between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas hereinafter called City, and
Atlantic Southeast Airlines hereinafter called Lessee,
WITNESSETII:
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental agreement dated,
December 15, 1986 and the parties hereto desire to make a Fourth Amendment
to said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
Said agreement dated December 15, 1986, is hereby amended by extending
the terms of said lease, to terminate the 31st day of December, 1991.
This instrument is executed by the parties as of the day and year set out
above.

FIFTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH METRO FLIGHT INC.
This agreement made and entered into this the 15th day of January, 1991,
by and between the City of Wichita Falls, hereinafter called City and Metro
Flight Inc., hereinafter called Lessee.
WITNESSETII:
WHEREAS, the City and Lessee entered into a rental agreement dated March
15, 1986, and the parties hereto desire to make a Fifth Amendment to said lease
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
Said lease agreement dated March 15, 1986, is hereby amended by extending
the term of said lease, to terminate on the 31st day of December 1991.
This instrument is executed by the parties as of the day and year set out
above.
