RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO DIONEX CORPORATION
FOR ION CHROMATOGRAPH
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the purchase of an Ion Chromatograph, which bids were to be
made on a lump sum basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsive bidder is
Dionex Corporation, Houston, Texas who bid a lump sum price of
17,500.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such lump sum price bid of Dionex Corporation in the amount
of $17,500.00 for the Ion Chromatograph as specified is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to purchase said Ion
Chromatograph.
