RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO NORMAN BRATCHER
CO. FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CHLORINE DIOXIDE
FACILITY AT SECONDARY RESERVOIR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of a Chlorine Dioxide Facility at the
Secondary Reservoir, which bids were to made on a unit price
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder isp
Norman Bratcher Co. who bid unit prices with an estimated total
of $347, 543 .81.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Norman Bratcher Co. with an estimated
total of $347,543 .81 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project.
