RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LANDFILL SOIL LINER 10
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Landfill Soil Liner 10 Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
B.D.Haynes Construction Company, who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $544,728 . 60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of B.D.Haynes Construction Company, in
the amount of $544,728. 60 is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
Contractor for this project.
