RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A
PREVIOUSLY APPROVED FINAL STATEMENT OF
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES AND PROPOSED
USE OF FUNDS UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has conducted public
hearings on the proposed reallocation of previously approved
Community Development Block Grant Entitlement funds, and
WHEREAS, public comments made at these hearings were
considered when amending and revising the Final Statement of
Community Development Objectives and Proposed Use of funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to reallocate $180, 695
in funds from previously approved Community Development Block
Grant Entitlement funds as indicated in the program description.
