RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO KEYSTONE
CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE CDBG COUNTRY CLUB
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT PHASE (1)
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Country Club Improvements
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Keystone Construction, Inc. who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $383, 128. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Keystone Construction, Inc. in the
amount of $383 , 128. 00 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
