RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN CONTRACT FOR
MANAGEMENT OF HAMILTON TENNIS CENTER .
WHEREAS , the current pro-manager of Hamilton Tennis
Center has performed well since 1971 ; and ,
WHEREAS , payment to the pro-manager of Weeks and
Hamilton Tennis Centers has been approximately equal ; and ,
WHEREAS , management of the larger center at Hamilton
Park required more resources and a differential of payment
between the two centers is judged fair and appropriate .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The contract for management of Hamilton Tennis Center
is hereby increased to $28 ,000 . per year paid in monthly .
