RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN CONTRACT FOR
MANAGEMENT OF WEEKS TENNIS CENTER .
WHEREAS , it is desirable to have a quality tennis
program at Weeks Tennis Center ; and ,
WHEREAS , the current pro-manager has resigned; and ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign a
contract for the management of the Weeks Park Tennis Center .
