RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH SIMMONS AIRLINES, INC. FOR LEASE OF PREMISES
AT THE WICHITA FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and Simmons
Airlines, Inc. , setting annual rental rates and landing fees, is here
by conditionally approved and the City Manager is authorized to
execute same for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
