RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 6 WITH ATLANTIC
SOUTHEAST AIRLINES, FOR LEASE OF PREMISES AT THE WICHITA
FALLS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has a lease agreement with
Atlantic Southeast Airlines; and,
WHEREAS, the City and the lessee desire to extend the term of such
lease until December 31, 1993 , for the same rental rates and other
provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The sixth amendment to the contract with Atlantic Southeast Airlines
is hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City.
