RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR RUBBER-ASPHALT
SEALING COMPOUND, 120, 000 POUNDS, TO CRAFCO
TEXAS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for Rubber-Asphalt Crack Sealing Compound, 120, 000 lbs. ; and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined the bid received and
determined the lowest responsive bidder to be Crafco Texas, Inc.
in the amount of $27, 360.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for Rubber-Asphalt Sealing Compound is awarded to
Crafco Texas, Inc. in the amount of $27, 360.
