RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE 1991 ALLEY REHABILITATION
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO DUKE
CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with Duke Concrete Construction Company with the estimated total cost
of $173 , 649 . 00 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
183 , 782 . 70 of which $172, 182 . 27 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $11, 600. 43 ; and ,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1991 Alley Rehabilitation Project is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
