RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH TEXACO PIPELINE,
INC. FOR ADJUSTMENT TO ITS 10" PIPELINE WHERE
IT CROSSES THE NEW LAKE WICHITA DAM
WHEREAS, an estimate has been submitted to the City by
Texaco Pipeline, Inc.not to exceed $125, 048 for the work involved
in the relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to sign the letter of
agreement with Texaco Pipeline, Inc. for relocation of their 10"
pipeline at a cost not to exceed $125, 048 .
