RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LYNWOOD EAST OVERLAY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Lynwood East Overlay Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
Barnett Paving and Sealing Company, who bid unit prices equalling
the sum of $33 , 292 . 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Barnett Paving and Sealing_ Company,
in the amount of $33, 292 . 00 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said Contractor for this project.
