RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE
OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR SCOTLAND PARK TO
HARPER & ASSOCIATES, PLANO, TX FOR
MIRACLE RECREATION EQUIPMENT CO.
WHEREAS, bids were solicited and received for the
purchase of playground equipment for Scotland Park ; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid to meet
specifications is from Harper & Associates, for Miracle
Recreation Equipment Co. in the amount of $15, 143.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS. TEXAS, THAT:
That the low bid from Harper & Associates for Miracle
Recreation Equipment Co. in the amount of $15, 143.00 for a
playground piece for Scotland Park is hereby accepted, and
that a contract for the purchase of a playground piece is
hereby iven to Harper & Associates of Allen, Texts=
