RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE ENGINEERING FIRM OF
FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING A
FEASIBILITY STUDY OF KICKAPOO AIRPARK AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME FOR THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has received financial
assistance in the form of a planning grant; and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Freese and Nichols, Inc. has
been selected as the consultant;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Certain contract between the City of Wichita Falls, and Freese
and Nichols, Inc. , for the purpose of conducting a feasibility study
of Kickapoo Airpark is hereby approved and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the same for the City of W a Falls.
