RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FROM TEAM
CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR GEOTECHNICAL
ENGINEERING EVALUATION AND TESTING OF
LANDFILL SOIL LINER IX
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls is constructing a soil
liner for Cell IX at its municipal solid waste landfill, and
certain testing and evaluation of this liner is required by the
Texas Department of Health; and,
WHEREAS, a proposal for this testing and evaluation has been
received from the geotechnical engineering firm of Team
Consultants, Inc. , in the estimated amount of $23,200. 10
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said proposal of Team Consultants, Inc. , is hereby accepted
and the City Manager is authorized to release payments as the
work outlined in the proposal is completed.
