RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG MADISON STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
TO MCGRATH BROTHERS CONCRETE
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with Mcgrath Brothers Concrete with the estimated total cost of
103,256. 50 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
101, 025. 05 of which $90,922 .54 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $10, 102 .51; and ,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG Madison Street Reconstruction Project is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to
the contractor.
