RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG PARKING LOT OVERLAY,
WILLIAMS PARK PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
TO BARNETT PAVING & SEALING
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with Barnett Paving & Sealing with the estimated total cost of
15,719. 00 and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
15, 897 . 50 of which $13,512 .88 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $2, 384 . 62 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG Parking Lot Overlay, Williams Park Project is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to
the contractor.
