RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO POTEET, INC. OF
WICHITA FALLS FOR 1991-92 BUDGET UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, PHASE I
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1991-92 Budget Utility Improvements
Project, Phase I, which bids were to be made on a unit price
basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder it
Poteet, Inc. , who bid unit prices with an estimated total of
436, 659 .56.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Poteet, Inc. with an estimated total
of $436, 659.56 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for the construction of such project.
