RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO ADE
CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR THE 1992 ALLEY REPAIR
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the 1992 Alley Repair Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
ADE Construction Co. who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
170,892 . 25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of ADE Construction Co. in the amount of
170,892 .25 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said contractor for this
project.
