RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AWARD OF BID AND A
CONTRACT FOR THE LANDFILL SOIL LINER 9
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Landfill Soil Liner 9 Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest, responsible bidder is
B.D.Haynes. Company, who bid unit prices equalling the sum of
312,424. 10.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of B.D.Haynes. Company, in the amount of
312,424 . 10 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized
to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for this
project.
