RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF BOWLES
CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR ADJUSTMENT OF A SANITARY
SEWER LINE AT KELL BLVD. AND LAWRENCE STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the adjustment of a sanitary sewer line at the intersection
of Kell Blvd. and Lawrence Street, which bids were to be made on
a unit price basis; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Bowles Construction Co. who bid unit prices with an estimated
total of $14,520.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such unit price bid of Bowles Construction Co. with an
estimated total of $14, 520 is hereby accepted, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with
said contractor for the stated project.
