RESOLUTION NO. a/—a-'
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY AS
EXCESS AND DIRECTING THE LAND TO BE SOLD BY SEALED
BIDS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reduce the inventory of
real property acquired from delinquent tax suits; and,
WHEREAS, eighteen ( 18) parcels of property have been
identified as excess, and it is in the public interest to return
these parcels to private ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The following described real property located
in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, is declared as excess,
and the Property Administrator is directed to advertise for
sealed bids for the sale of such property.
