RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CDBG RE-ROOF FIRE STATION
2 PROJECT AND AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT TO ARMORED
ROOFING COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract
with Armored Roofing Co. with the estimated total cost of $17,517. 00;
and,
WHEREAS, the actual work was completed at a total cost of
17, 517 . 00 of which $15,765. 30 has been previously paid to the
contractor leaving an amount due of $1,751.70; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the work and found it to be
acceptable; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The CDBG Re-Roof Fire Station #2 Project is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the
contractor.
