RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM
OF CORLETT, PROBST AND BOYD, INC. FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO PHASE 2 OF
THE 1991-92 BUDGET UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City desire to accomplish a second phase of the
1991-92 Budget Utility Improvements Project to rehabilitate two
sanitary sewer lines;
WHEREAS, City desires to engage the engineering firm of
Corlett, Probst and Boyd, Inc. to perform the engineering
services for the project; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined a proposed contract
for the purposes stated in which the maximum engineering fee is
10, 000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The contract with the engineering firm of Corlett, Probst
and Boyd, Inc. for the stated engineering services in relation to
Phase 2, 1991-92 Budget Utility Improvements Project is hereby
approved with a maximum engineering fee of $10, 000 for the base
services described in the contract. The City Manager is
authorized to execute the contract for the City.
