RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO BARNETT
PAVING & SEALING FOR THE CDBG WILLIAMS PARK
PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the CDBG Williams Park Parking Lot
Project, and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
Barnett Paving & Sealing Co. who bid unit prices equalling the
sum of $15,719. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of Barnett Paving & Sealing Co. in the
amount of $15,719. 00 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project
