RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
HOLLIDAY CREEK INTERCEPTOR PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with Conex Construction,
Inc. for construction of a sanitary sewer line at a contract cost
of $2,455,200;
WHEREAS, additional paving of the construction area in
Williams Park exceeds the amount planned for the project;
WHEREAS, the Council has examined Change Order No. 1 for the
stated purpose in the amount of $13,270; and,
WHEREAS, the amount of the contract will be increased by
Change Order No. 1 to $2,468,470.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 to the Holliday Creek Interceptor Project
is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
the Change Order.
