RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR VACUUM TRUCK
SERVICES TO IMC CO.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requires the use of
vacuum trucks to remove depleted filter media from the Cypress
Water Treatment Plant filters and has advertised for bids for
vacuum truck services; and,
WHEREAS, the City received two bids and the Council has
determined the bid of IMC Co. to be the lowest responsive bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the provision of vacuum truck services in
accordance with the specifications of the bid is hereby awarded
to IMC Co. of Wichita Falls in the amount of $8, 600. 00.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 19th day o." May, 1992 .
