RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT SEWER MANHOLE RELINING
PROJECT AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZE FINAL
PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has a contract with H & S
Utilities, Inc. for the relining of certain manholes on Holliday
and Broad Streets;
WHEREAS, the original contract was in the amount of
24, 224. 50, and the City has paid the contractor $23 , 740. 01,
leaving an amount due of $484 . 49 ; and,
WHEREAS, the staff has inspected the work, found it
acceptable and has recommended that Council accept the project as
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Sewer Manhole Relining Project is hereby accepted as
complete, and the City Manager is authorized to make a final
payment of $484. 49 to H & S Utilities, Inc.
