RESOLUTION WAIVING RESOLUTION 120-86, THE LUCY PARK
LOG CABIN RENTAL RULES, TO ALLOW EARLY ACCESS FOR
A RENTAL MAY 9, 1992.
WHEREAS, Keith Karstetter has rented the Lucy Park log
cabin May 9, 1992; and,
WHEREAS, he wishes early access into the structure to
allow decoration of his family reunion; and,
WHEREAS, circumstances in this request are exceptional .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Lucy Park log cabin rental rules are hereby waived
to allow early access for a rental May 9, 1992.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of May, 1992.
