RESOLUTION APPROVING EIGHT AMENDMENT WITH HCR CAR RENTALS
AND EXTENDING THE LEASE EXPIRATION DATE UNTIL APRIL 30,
1992 .
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has rental car leases at
Municipal Airport with HCR Car Rentals; and,
WHEREAS, the City and the lessee desire to extend the terms of
such lease to April 30, 1993 for the same rental terms and other
provisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The eighth amendment to the contract with HCR Car Rentals is
hereby approved and that the City Manager is authorized to execute the
same for the City.
