RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WORLDWIDE
CONCESSIONS, INC. FOR CATERING AND
CONCESSION SERVICES AT THE ACTIVITIES
CENTER
WHEREAS, events held at the Activities Center require
catering and concession services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into a contract
for these services; and
WHEREAS, Worldwide Concessions, Inc. proposes to provide
these services and has agreed to all specifications requested by
the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,OF WICH THAT:
The City Mana g e r is hereby authorized to enter into a
two-year contract with Worldwide Concessions, Inc. for catering
and concession services provided at the Activities Center for the
period beginning April 17, 1992 and ending April 16, 1994 .
