RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT
WITH DOUG MATHIS TO OPERATE CONCESSION STAND IN JAYCEE PARK.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids
for the operation of concessions in various City parks for
the 1992 and 1993 season; and,
WHEREAS, on Jaycee Park one bid was received, that of
Doug Mathis, who bid 22% of gross sales, which is a fair and
reasonable bid; and,
WHEREAS, no bids were received for other park
concessions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Doug Mathis for the operation of concession
in Jaycee Park for the 1992 and 1993 season is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
contracts on the standard City form with Doug Mathis for
such operation.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of April 1992.
