RESOLUTION RENAMING DOWNTOWN PARK TO BUD DANIEL PARK.
WHEREAS, it is proposed to rename Downtown Park to Bud
Daniel Park; and,
WHEREAS, it is felt Bud Daniel has given meritorious
service while in the employ of the City as Police Chief;
and,
WHEREAS, the site of Downtown Park was the previous
site of the Police Station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The name Downtown Park is hereby changed to Bud Daniel
Park.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 7th day of April , 1992.
