RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER NO. 13 FOR
RIVER ROAD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
MODIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City and Wichita Falls has a contract with
Craig, Sheffield & Austin, Inc. for construction of certain
modifications and additions at the River Road Wastewater
Treatment Plant;
WHEREAS, the original contract amount of $19,572, 000 has
been reduced by twelve previously approved change orders to an
amount of $19,433 , 623 .71;
WHEREAS, the Council has examined Change Order No. 13 to
provide waterproofing membrane and flashing on the exposed
parapet walls of the buildings at the new wastewater treatment
plant; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 13 in the amount of $8,598 will
increase the contract amount to $19,442,221.71.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 13 is hereby approved and the City Manager
is authorized to execute the change order for the City.
