RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SECOND AMENDMENT TO
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH WICHITA VALLEY WATER
SUPPLY CORPORATION
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1702, dated September 2, 1975,
the City of Wichita Falls approved a certain lease agreement with
Wichita Valley Water Supply Corporation, said lease agreement
being executed effective the 3rd day of September, 1975;
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to the Lease Agreement was made
and entered into on the 7th day of January, 1976; and„

WHEREAS, the parties to the Lease Agreement do hereby desire
to enter into a Second Amendment to such Lease Agreement for the
purpose of correcting minor errors in the original survey data
and to grant a lease for land used for a raw water line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The stated Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement has been
examined by the City Council and is hereby approved. The City
Manager is authorized to execute the Second Amendment for the
City of Wichita Falls.
