RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO
GROZIER & MANN OIL COMPANY FOR
THE CITY'S ANNUAL SUPPLY OF
AUTOMOTIVE LUBRICATION PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for
an annual supply of automotive oil and lubrication products; and
WHEREAS, all of the bids received met specifications; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bidder is Grozier & Mann Oil
Company in the amount of $45, 196. 60; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has recommended award of the bid to
Grozier & Mann Oil Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The annual supply of automotive oil and lubrication products
is hereby awarded to Grozier & Mann Oil Company at a price of
45, 196. 60.
