RESOLUTION FOR THE AWARD OF BID TO McGRATH
BROTHERS CONCRETE FOR THE MADISON STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of the Madison Street Reconstruction
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is
McGrath Brothers Concrete who bid unit prices equalling the sum
of $103 , 256.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said unit price bid of McGrath Brothers Concrete in the
amount of $103 ,256. 50 is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract for the City with said
contractor for this project.
