RESOLUTION NO. I./'
RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID TO H & S UTILITIES,
INC. FOR SEWER MANHOLE RELINING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised for bids for aII
project to reline sewer manholes on Broad and Holliday Streets
between Eighth and Fifteenth Streets;
WHEREAS, the bids were to be on a unit price basis;
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bidder is H & S Utilities,
Inc. in the estimated amount of $24, 224 .50; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has recommended award of the bid to
H & S Utilities, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The project to reline sewer manholes is hereby awarded to H
S Utilities, Inc. who submitted a unit price bid with an
estimated total of $24,224 .50. The City Manager is authorized to
execute a contract with H & S Utilities, Inc. for the purposes
stated.
