RESOLUTION REVERSING THE DISAPPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
APPLICATION FOR A WAREHOUSE IN A GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE AT 1416
TWIN OARS STREET, WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, AND GRANTING THE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission has disapproved a
conditional use permit application for a warehouse in a General
Commercial Zone at 1416 Twin oaks Street, Wichita Falls, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the applicant has appealed that decision; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that there would be no adverse
impacts on the health, safety, and general welfare of the public if the
conditional use permit is granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
The disapproval by the Planning & Zoning Commission of the conditional
use permit application to construct a warehouse in a General Commercial
Zone at 1416 Twin Oaks Street, Wichita Falls, Texas is hereby reversed,
and the permit is granted.
